We offer live online workshops, recorded training, digital downloads, prompt vaults, SOPs, templates, and related educational content focused on AI-assisted content creation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or attend our programs.

4. Account & registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding any access credentials we share with you.

5. Payments & taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our gateway partner. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge.

6. License & use of materials

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may NOT:

• Record, copy, redistribute, resell, or publish any portion of the workshops, recordings, or downloadable materials.
• Share your access with any other person or account.
• Use our materials to train competing models or build competing products.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, templates, prompts, SOPs, and materials are the property of TAWAI STUDIO or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, harass other participants, disrupt sessions, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

9. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational. We make no guarantees of income, revenue, results, or career outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

10. Refunds

All digital sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details and limited exceptions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAWAI STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
