Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our offerings — instantly accessible digital products, live workshops, and downloadable resources — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Why we don't offer refunds

• Access to recordings, prompt vaults, SOPs, templates, and bonuses is delivered instantly.
• Workshop seats are limited; reserving a seat consumes capacity that another creator could have used.
• Digital materials, once viewed or downloaded, cannot be meaningfully "returned".

What is non-refundable

• Workshop registrations and order bumps.
• Accelerator Bundle and any one-time-offer (OTO) upgrades.
• Masterclass recordings, done-for-you bonuses, AI vlog modules, and AI cartoon film modules.
• All other digital downloads and bonus add-ons.

Limited exceptions

We will review the following on a case-by-case basis if reported within 48 hours of purchase:

• Duplicate charges — clear evidence of being billed twice for the same order.
• Technical failure — a verified issue on our side that prevents you from accessing any of the materials you paid for.

To request a review, email info@tawai.studio with your order ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly over email. Unjustified chargebacks may result in loss of access to all purchased materials.

Workshop no-shows

If you cannot attend the live workshop, the recording (where included in your purchase) will still be delivered. Inability to attend live is not grounds for a refund.
